The power of what's possible

Progressus Therapy offers a wide range of benefits and competitive salary options.

Every Progressus clinician is working toward something unique.  Each has her own dreams.  Each has his own plan for the future.  What they share is the joy of excellence… a passion to improve the lives of those with whom they work… and the caring support of a talented team of colleagues.

Here are just a few of the reasons hundreds of dedicated clinicians are making their future with Progressus.

  • Highly competitive compensation that is generally better than the pay offered by school districts and staffing firms.
  • Rich mix of benefits including healthcare, dental, disability and life insurance, professional development, matching contributions, referral bonuses, and much, much more.
  • Clinical support and guidance which includes easy-to-use forms, templates, and materials. Frequently updated planning tools and intervention suggestions.  Our service delivery philosophy is collaborative and that means help when you need it.
  • Work with children through our specialty of school-based and early intervention services.  Children present a wide spectrum of disabilities and the potential to allow you to make a profound difference.
  • Community, collaboration, and connections through ProgressusConnect, our company intranet.  It is the hub of news and events, career advice, clinical support, a library of resources, interactive blogs and discussion groups, and much more.
  • Flexible schedule and workplace choices that can match that of your school-age children, optional special projects, a transfer to another city, or other ways to balance work and life.  Progressus continues to expand its reach beyond an already significant portfolio of locations and metropolitan areas throughout the country.
  • Career planning, tips, and guidance with Progressus Therapy’s formal programs designed to deliver helpful, timely, and appropriate counsel and support for your career development.
  • A spirit of caring and fun where the Progressus teams enjoy each other, as well as a sense of adventure and community.
  • An opportunity in the United States – Many clinicians who have earned the credentials to be eligible for U.S. state licenses and national certifications find opportunities through Progressus.  If you qualify, we can guide you through the visa process and even connect you with others who have done the same.
  • Professional, responsive, and invested in you as you make your way through important changes – from one city to another, from school to career, from one therapy setting to another, from one employer to another, or just from one stage of life to the next.
