Our Launch to Leadership focus enables us to identify school-based practitioners who have the potential to bring about change and to foster their successful acquisition of the skills and tools needed to do so. Launch to Leadership is designed to create the SLP, OT, and PT leaders of the future. Through guided experiences, professionals who aspire to leadership roles within the discipline gain exposure to others who are leaders in practice, professional organizations, policy setting, supervising and mentoring other therapists, collaborating with educators, and exploring new service delivery models. This program builds upon the academic and clinical experience that professionals obtained while pursuing their degrees or through their early career activities.
