With the start of the new year, I have been hearing so much about organization and decluttering. And, as a result it got me thinking about CASELITE. I have been a school based therapist for 11 years and I have always done my schedule the traditional way. After seeing a Caselite demonstration and actually speaking with one of the founders of the program, I decided that I was going to take the leap of faith this year to make life less hectic and more organized.

I have been using this program since August. This program has become my new essential therapy tool. It’s so easy to update the schedule when I add students to the caseload or if students move away. However, my personal favorite is the record and attendance keeping feature. This is by far a lifesaver. It’s efficient, tidy, and amazingly easy to complete each and every day.

I have now recommended Caselite to all of my therapists on my team. I have just recently had the pleasure of training a new therapist to my team on the program. While I was doing this, another one of my therapists said, “wow this sounds incredible,” and the next day, she was on the Caselite bandwagon as well! I love programs and materials that help me to maximize my day. So, if you have the chance check out Caselite’s free tutorial and see if it would help you to organize in 2010!

Re: Great Way to Organize in 2010

It is nice to learn that others are using CASELITE as well. I too am a fan and have enjoyed using the attendance feature. It's such a quick and easy way to track the variety of reasons why treatment might be missed.

I am extremely fond of reading and whenever I got interested in some book, I opened a www.pdfqueen.com books search engine, found the book I needed and downloaded it. But as it turned out, in the journals and articles one can sometimes find the info he/she failed to find in the book. Thus can say that from time to time such articles as yours are a very pleasant surprise for me!
